It truly is the most wonderful time of the year - Let’s come together for the 4th & final of the seasonal workshops - Illuminate, a sacred winter gathering to honor the season of hope, of peace of desire, as the light returns once again. Together, we’ll explore themes of the Winter Solstice, awakening our inner fire, nurturing peace & stillness, while aligning with the water element of this season as described in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through the grounding practices of yoga, meditation, and journaling, we will turn inward to reflect on the year that has passed and gently awaken our dreams for the year ahead. As the darkest days begin to brighten, this is your invitation to embrace the wisdom of winter— restoring, taking it slow and reconnecting with yourself and the community around you. We’ll end the gathering in circle, sharing reflections over a warm cup of seasonally inspired tea, creating space for connection through storytelling. This gathering is open to all who feel called to pause, reflect, and kindle their inner light.
